CMM article addressing an integrated National Infrastructure Plan published by the American Public W

CMM proudly announces that its article, "A New Way Forward," was recently published by the American Public Works Association (APWA) in their July 2018 Reporter Magazine.

The article was co-authored by CMM's President, Mark Coleman and Managing Director, Denny Minano along with David Kirshenbaum, Senior Vice President and Director of Corporate Services, Hilco Real Estate.

"A New Way Forward" presents a timely framework, grounded in pragmatic examples of successful public-private partnerships, for how an national integrated infrastructure plan can restore and reinvigorate quality of life and economic prosperity within America’s urban centers and rural communities.

In the APWA article, Coleman, Minano, and Kirshenbaum state, "For America to successfully re-calibrate and advance its economic future, it must necessitate, within its proposed national and state infrastructure plans, the smart reuse and uplift of under-performing sites while upgrading inefficient infrastructure to renewed and functioning...At stake is the ability for all Americans to have access to basic services as well as the capacity to grow our communities and economy in sustainable ways."
